Regional Flavours is South Bank’s signature annual food and wine festival. Held in the picturesque Parklands, the festival hosts free entertainment from celebrity chefs and industry experts as well as fresh produce from 80 of Queensland’s best providores. 2017 will mark Regional Flavours’ ninth year of success as the state’s largest food event.
Our solution
Over the past three years, Lance Montana has taken over the development and execution of the Regional Flavours website, providing a fresh take on this beloved Brisbane festival. As account manager for the project, Laurence has worked with the South Bank Corporation and Brisbane Marketing to build the profile of the Regional Flavours event in the quickly evolving and globally-connected city of Brisbane.
Our approach
The development and hosting of the Regional Flavours website involved building a highly functional site to show off the main attractions of Queensland’s biggest food event.
Because of the enormous amount of traffic that occurs leading up to and during the festival, this website was custom built with the technical specifications to handle a high volume of visitors. Like all of our websites, search engine optimisation was integrated into the build to maximise the digital impact and visibility of Regional Flavours.
